Srinivas Beesetty is a distinguished pedagogy expert and Artistic Director with over 17 years of experience in the performing arts. An alumnus of the National School of Drama (NSD), New Delhi, he combines his artistic mastery with an MBA in International Business to design teacher training modules that are both creatively profound and structurally disciplined.

As the HOD of Speech & Drama at Saral, Srinivas specializes in the science of drama-based learning. His approach to educator development is shaped by:
- Global Benchmarking: He underwent rigorous Pedagogy & Assessment Design Training by a Finnish government-aided firm, integrating international standards into teacher coaching.
- University Mentorship: He serves as a Visiting Lecturer at premier institutions including BITS Pilani, XLRI Jamshedpur, Mount Carmel College, and Christ University.
- Artist Development: Srinivas has mentored dozens of artists and educators in the technicalities of direction, scripting, and scenography, bridging the gap between professional theatre and classroom application.
